REGISTRATION CONFIRMATION
After correctly submitting the completed registration form as instructed, if payment is made by credit card, a confirmation email will be sent including both the registration and any hotel room booked, followed by the invoice.
If payment is made by bank transfer, an email will be sent confirming receipt of the registration request and hotel room (if applicable); however, the registration will only be confirmed upon receipt of payment and submission of proof of the bank transfer to: Ibig2025@linecongress.com
PAYMENT
Participants may pay the selected registration fee using MasterCard or Visa. The charge will be made in euros (€).
Payment can also be made by bank transfer to the account details (IBAN and SWIFT/BIC code) provided in the pre-registration email. In this case, please send a copy of the payment confirmation to: Ibig2025@linecongress.com
CANCELLATION POLICY
The final deadline for cancelling your registration is September 22, 2025.
Cancellations must be submitted in writing to the Organizing Secretariat using the contact details provided in the relevant section.
After the event, Line Congress will process a refund of the amount paid, withholding a 30% administrative fee.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after September 22, 2025.
NAME CHANGES
Name changes, whether for individuals or groups, may be submitted by email to the Organizing Secretariat up to October 20, 2025.
After this date, any changes must be made in person on the day of the event at the Organizing Secretariat Desk.
